Yes, we bought a house and finally found our own place for the future. So far we have lived in the house of Hanna’s grandmother temporarily and we are thrilled to start working on our own place in future.
25 minutes away from the city centre we found an old farmhouse which has not been really used in the last years except for holiday or weekend purposes. It has many beautiful and potent features yet there is also a lot to do in this house.
This house has two floors. The ground floor is fully built and the second floor is about halfway built and half still an empty attic. Ground area is a bit more than 100m² which means that there is a potential of 200m² space all over.
The main yard where the house is located is about 10.000m² big and there is still a forest area next to the lake included with about 5.000m². Besides the main building there is an old red wooden building with lots of storage space, wood storage and place for a workshop.
On the other side of the yard there is an old farm building which collapsed many years ago and it currently looks like a ruin. Let’s see where this is going…
